Horde error 500

Hi,

since upgrading to version 10 from 9 Horde fails to start with error

FastCGI Error
The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Error Details:

•The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
•Error Number: -2147467259 (0x80004005).
•Error Description: Unspecified error
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)


i have tried disabling and re enable but it will not fix, any ideas?

Yes I did fix it, I think I had to change the version of php it was using.

What have you upgraded to?
