  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Horde IMP Not Displaying Messages

I am trying to fix an issue with Horde IMP running on Plesk 8.6 on Centos. What happens is that a user logs into the mailbox just fine but when they go to select certain messages all that is displayed after they click is the IMP tool bar on the left side of the screen. The rest of the page is blank. What is frustrating is that this only happens with some of the messages and not others. At first I thought the issue was with messages over 200k but while exploring a users mailbox I found that I was able to open a message that was 964k and not one that was 836k. I thought it might have something to do with attachments but I was able to open a message with a 14M attachment just fine. HTML email renders good as well on messages that actually open up. I cannot seem to find any commonality between messages that would prevent them from opening. Has anyone heard of or seen anything like this before???
