• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,
I've just got a new server with Plesk, and Horde is not working.

On the apache log I can read:

fopen(/etc/psa/.webmail.shadow) [<a href='function.fopen'>function.fopen</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /etc/psa-horde/horde/conf.php on line 29

but the permissions seem fine to me. I've also tried to change the file permissions to 644 and the fopen wrapper is enabled in php.ini.

Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention: I didn't even have a zzz_horde_vhost.conf file, by default. Had to create it by hand.

So looks like something is quite wrong.
 
Try to uninstall and install horde back with webmailmng utility (--help option for details) and then rebuild webservice with websrvmng -v -a
