Horde on Plesk8 Not Working

My users just let me know that they've been getting an error when sending out email via Horde. The interface is fine and they can log in.

Error:
There was an error sending your message: unable to send data

I've increased the memory allocation, file size, and everything else in php.ini.

Am I missing something else?

(Please note that I am a php/*nix newbie.)

Safe Mode Off Too

Also, my safe mode was off to begin with...

try insert extension=imap.so ->php.ini

check your /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog it'll most likely tell you the reason
