• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Horde Quota Limit Not Qmail quota limit

Our systems here have many clients, we configure each of their email accounts without quotas (limited by the domain quota, in this case, 2.4GB). 1 Email account is almost reaching and has exceeded 1000MB, at which point horde starts saying there are 'quota' problems and warns at the top of the page saying how much in M and % is used/remaining.

The used disk quota for the domain does not exceed the given quota. This 1000M quota is being enforced by horde. But I cannot locate any configuration files for this.

Optimally, a 'per domain' or 'per user' configuration for this would be nice since it is only one user experiencing this, however, an overall configuration for this would also work.

Thank you,

Willing to provide any additional information for further assistance.

[SOLVED] Horde Quota Limit

This is actually a really easy fix. You'll need to login to the system via terminal, and go to

/var/qmail/mailnames/[Domain]/[User]/MailDir/

Then move/delete maildirsize and quotawarn in this directory.

Horde will now say 'Quota: NO LIMIT'.
