• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Horde upgrade, adress book dont exist

Ralf Scherber

New Pleskian
Hi,
my Plesk (v.12.0.18 of Ubuntu14.04.2 LTS) has made self-acting an upgrade from horde webmail 5.2.1 to 5.2.9 (the horde logo shows 5.2.6)

- on start I get the message: "Das Adressbuch xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx existiert nicht." (dont exist)
the standart adressbook is available but:
- in all contacs: name = "leerer Name" (empty name)
- there no entrys in my calendar and in notices
- the language are 50% english and 50% german

can I repair this?

I have restore an server backup, without success.

I think now its time to install horde groupware in a different folder, manually without plesk. Can I transfer the (hopefully restored) settings and contents in the new installation?

many thanks
Ralf
