• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Horde upgrade

zeroborg

Basic Pleskian
Hi,
i have Plesk 9.5.4 installed on a CentOS server.
Tha problem is that lately, the Horde has some issues showing correctly the emails (at a lot of hosted clients doesn't have displayed their emails).
At some clients i managed to re-display their emails when performing the following instructions:
=====
update horde_prefs set pref_value=’a:0:{}’ where pref_uid=’USERNAME‘ and pref_name=’sortpref’ and pref_scope=’imp’;
=====
Where USERNAME the email of the client.
BUT, for the most clients this didn't work.
I have Horde 4.3.6 installed.
Is there any way of UPGRADING the Horde? If yes, HOW to do it?

Thank you in advance,

Zero.

Problem still exists

Thank you for your response.
I managed to find the problem. When the loggedin client CHANGES the sorting of Horde messages, then the message: no messages on mailbox" appears.
I change the sortpref value on database, and relogin and everything appears correctly again.
BUT this happens a LOT! How can i fix that problem?
Maybe with a HORDE upgrade?
Will it break the PLESK installation?
Please, advice.

Zero.
