Horde webmail page won't show up -server not found

I'm new to plesk (7.5.4 on suse linux 9.3) and I don't know how to face this problem:
I have activated the webmail feature for my domain and email adresses, but when I'm clicking on the webmail icon, the Horde webmail page won't show up -server not found error.

There seems to be a proper psa-horde installation in /usr/share/psa-horde and I've tested 2 psa-horde rpms.
qmail is running and I am able to send and receive email.

Is this a plesk configuration problem or a DNS problem which I have to discuss with my hoster?

Did you add a CNAME or A record for webmail.thedom.ain?

My problem is solved. There was an A record for webmail.thedomam.ain in the plesk custom dns, but the Nameserver of my hoster ignored plesk's custom DNS settings.
So it had to be added there.
