Issue Hosting settings not opening for some domains

haraman21

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Windows Server 2019 (Version 1809)
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54 Update #3
Hosting settings (https://****/smb/web/view/##/hosting-settings) for some domains are not opening from some days. There are js errors in console (screenshots attached)
The page remains blank. Issue is happening since the page format has been changed from separate page to left side drawer. Problem occures in both Chrome and Firefox
Console errors point to instrument.js:111, AppBoundry.js:30 and headerIndicator.js?18.0.54-3:7:11029

If this only occurs with a limited number of domains, is there a pattern in the domain names? Else: Could it be a browser cache issue where clearing the browser cache could solve it?

Hi Peter
I've already tried clearing browser cache on both Chrome and Firefox, tried it on different systems as well.

The issue is happening with 2 of my servers. 1st one was provisioned about 3 years ago and has about 45 domains + 19 sub domains. 2nd server was provisioned only about 3 months ago and has 12 domains + 6 sub-domains. Both have same OS-Windows Server 2019 and Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54 Update #3.
There is no pattern in domain names. For some websites the issue is with main domains only (about 10) and for some websites it is with sub-domains only (about 7).

The issue is happening only since Plesk version 18.0.54 update when separate "Hosting Settings" page was removed and drawer was introduced, prior to that there was no such issue.

We'll need a reproducible case to file this as a report for developers. The other option is that you open a ticket with Plesk support so that an engineer can investigate the issue on your server. This is the more promising approach. To sign-in to support please go to https://support.plesk.com

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:
