Hotmail messages not going through

None of our messages are going through to Hotmail/MSN/Live.com now since the Plesk 8.4 upgrade.

Server IPs are not blacklisted anywhere.
We've enabled DomainKeys.
We have a valid SPF record.
We've run the DNSstuff checks and everything passes.
Our email arrives in the inbox of Yahoo/Gmail with passes for both SPF and DomainKeys.

Hotmail just queues the messages but never delivers them. I've sent the Microsoft deliverable support team an email but nobody has responded in days. I just got an email from their feedback company though asking me to rate their non-existant support team.
