Hi Everyone,
I'm really new to all this. I never created a website in my life before. This christmas i want to surprise my girlfriend by creating a special website for her. Is there any possible way to have a song or something play in the background?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi...
Unfortunately, there is no such a feature in Sitebuilder but if you are familiar with HTML and other script languages you can insert audio file into page by modifying source of the page. Using the Sitebuilder Wizard, you can add your own Java Script, HTML, and DHTML code to your web pages.
How to do that try to check documentation:

http://download1.swsoft.com/SiteBuilder/Windows/docs/4.0/en_US/sitebuilder-4.0-win-users-guide/

You can also try to find already written script for this purpose in the Internet and just insert it into appropriate page.

But if you wish to make background for the whole site you need to change design template. In this case it will require to use Sitebuilder SDK. For more information refer to: http://swdn.swsoft.com
