• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How can I change Plesk Control Panel IP?

New Pleskian
Hi,

I am currently looking to change my Plesk Control Panel IP Address so that it is separate to the hosted websites, however I cannot seem to find out how to do this.

On the server I added the new IP and added the IP Bindings to the Plesk Control Panel Site however when I log into Plesk Control panel it showed the old IP address and not the new one in the summary;

IP address OLD_IP_ADDRESS
OS Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1

The reason why I want to switch the IP Address is so that I can make the plesk control panel easily accessible to users on port 80 and SSL 443 as some companies block port 8880 and 8443

Thanks Aaron
