how can i change the charset in windows 8.1.1

I create a Portuguese - Br language pack, but the special caracters arent showed... so i know the charset is the matter how can i change it...

Already add the line in admin/httpd.conf
AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-1

but dosent change nothing....

Camon nobody know??? plz im nedding this urgent , already aks for swsoft support team, but they say that do not give support for translations issues ... :mad:

We made the full translation for Portuguese-Br, but the special characters dont appear...!

Plz guyz help-me
 
hi tubadc... you done your installation? I did buy license for language pack but I not find in the site the download... my version of Plesk is 8.1.1 and in the site only found the lp for Plesk 8.0 and 7.6... :(
