We are planning a migration to a new server. I notice that this can only be done with "Only use of full POP3/IMAP mail accounts names is allowed" enabled. Currently we allow both short and long mail names and most customers currently use the short mailnames. Therefore, we need to get everyone switching over the mail names before the migration.
We have 3 domains with a lot of users that are not individually known by the domain owner, so the mass mailing to domain owners will not really work. If we can download all the addresses, we would be much closer to a result.
Grateful for all suggestions from anyone with experience of this.
