Hello, I am running the latest Plesk Webhosting Edition, with resellers. How do I enable Domain registration in Plesk?

How can I provide web signup forms to "Resellers" end users? EG: A user visits a reseller's site and selects a hosting package/price plan and signs up for a word press hosting subscription.
