How can I reinstall Qmail on Plesk v7.5.4_build75051209.14 os_FedoraCore 2?
 
Yes you can, you could do this simply by using rpm -e (erase) and rpm -Uvh (upgrade, verbose, hash).

Just -e and -U them, and it'll be re-installed.
