How can reseller change group owner?

In order for nms FormMail to work, group owner must be 'psacln.' How can my resellers set this ownership? Can it be done in Plesk, or do they have to have ssh access? Can it only be done in Linux?

All files uploaded via FTP will be group psacln (user will be the FTP username) automatically.

From your post I assume something else is happening for you?

Yes, something else was happening -- Ownership was 'root' -- but it was my own fault. Thanks a bunch, problem solved!
