How do I block emails with blank body but spam attachements

Lately we been getting spam emails that have no body message or no message header .. all blank but the spams are in the email attachments so we couldn't add them to the firewall since we have no way telling where they are coming from ..

Any way to block emails that are blank with attachment only in Plesk?
