Hi, i want all my users allow the access to pear (/usr/share/php/) - how can i change the open_basedir settings from a template base?

i read here (german) that i can create a conf/vhost.conf file that allows this. but how can i tell plesk that every user should get such a file by default??

i miss the "edit httpd special" function from confixx3?
