How do I change the MySQL store location

I have a server with 2 x SCSI drives, so it makes sense to have http files on one drive and then MySQL databases on the other.

Is this possible to do with Plesk? If so, how?

You can not move your databases using Plesk utilities, but you can try to do as described here:
