How do I create a master FTP account for all domains

I would like to have a master FTP account that will have permission to access all domains. Is this possible?

Due the way Plesk configure IIS ftp(in isolated mode) it is not possible.

I was afraid someone might say that. I spent time a while back investigating how Plesk was utilizing MSFTP. I really consider this a substantial loss of productivity in my operation. I will figure out a work around possibly an SFTP server running secondary.

You can create a new ftp site in port 3000 or something and point it to domains home directory. Use iis5 isolation and not iis6.

Since Plesk 7.6 IIS will be revert back to IIS 6 mode when you perform any operation on domains.
Workaround on this will be, third party ftp server running on another port
