How do i find and insert the posts i used to have to my website, to wordpress?

Recently, i have added 'Wordpress' manager application on my website: http://annatriandafyllidou.com, but i lost the posts i used to have! My posts were not copied/found on my newly added wordpress panel. How can i find the posts i had writen and put them on my wordpress?

The only option is the database. You will need to restore the database and backup. Also check the wp-posts tables there you will find the posts of yours.
