how do i make back up etc. restore

Hi,

Well we have some problems on our server, so we have created whole server backup .. not plesk backup, server backup to another disk,

after we solve the problem on server we update plesk, now we have 10.4, older was 9.3.

Problem is that, we dont know how we can export our old files or what files we need to export so we can keep our old plans, costumers, bases etc. and use it on new plesk. If i goo to my backup/var/www/vhosts... i see my old domains but i dont think that if i copy only this vhosts folder to var/www/ thats gonna work normal or ?

Not sure that it is possible to migrate all correctly by manual procedure. Correct migration is possible only by methods described in Migration Guide - by Plesk Migration Manager or by Backup/Restore procedure.
