How do I migrate client detail without domains?

I am in the process of migrating clients & domains from an old server to a new one.

Using PMM, is there a way I can migrate the clients' data without any of their domains?

That way I am then able to migrate domains as and when I am ready - because there will need to be changes made to name servers as it all migrates across.

I do not want to manually have to create each client domain with their login details, limits etc. etc.

If not, I guess that I need to migrate the domains, turn off the domain on teh old server, and then manually synchronise email accounts.
