How do I resend all messages?

hello everybody

I have a domain that is just extracted from a backup file.
There is also its email accounts e.g. info

var/qmail/mailnames/<domain>/ info

How can I move its content to another plesk installation?
(it will be a windows plesk)

Is there a way to resend all messages from the specific mailbox to the [email protected] ?
