how do I transfer Plesk license key?

How do I transfer Plesk license key from old server using MySQL as Plesk DB and Apache for control panel to a new server using MSSQL as Plesk DB and IIS for control panel?

I tried backing up server settings and restore them on the new server, but I am getting:

Microsoft SQL Server localhost The database will not be restored: there is no appropriate database server
----------

And the restoration wont pass this error page.

Trial license does not allow managing MSSQL, which I have with my license.

Could you confirm if MSSQL is installed and the service was started?
