How do patch qmail-1.03 with netqmail-1.05?

My server is Centos 5.3 with plesk 9.2.1 and Qmail 1.03
I try to install netqmail-1.05 for patch my qmail and used a doublebounce-trim patch.
I try to use this method http://kb.odin.com/en/1161 but i can't arrive to do.
I'm a newbie and if some one can't help me.
