• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
hi
i contacted vultr to open port25 for me to used email
they made it but asked me to reset instance not server
"
Thank you for the information provided!

We have removed the default SMTP block on your account. Please re-start your instances via [redacted], for the change to take effect (re-starting the server itself _will_not_ work). Please ensure that you have changed your instance's default hostname (from vultr.guest), as well as setting valid reverse DNS entries."

i searched and never found option to reset instance
can this be done from plesk? and how?
thanks

Resetting a cloud instance is not a Plesk feature. Please refer the question to your provider what they mean by this.

This is do not a Plesk feature. But I think you need to re-install your VPS ;)
That's very bad advice. There is no need at all to re-install a VPS for this issue. Just a reboot of the instance as the VPS provider suggested.
