Question How Service Plan limitation works on Reseller

Hi

i woult some clarification how i can do some setting when i create a reseller.

i want that all reseller use for example these setting:
1- have not possibility to change log rotation. I would like to have log rotation by Day and maximum of 10 log files
2- awstats as defualt Web statistic system


Is it possibile?
how i can do it?

In my test there are some thing that not working like i expected
For example

I definine Reseller Plan with limits like:
Resource
Overselling is not allowe
Disk space 5GB

Permission
Log rotation management (not selected)


but if i login as a reseller (for example MyReseller) i can create a Service Plan (for example MyReseller-plan) and set:
resource
-set unlimited disk space

Log & Statistic
-set log ration by size


So i don't understand how the control from Reseller Plan work
