how to access with ftp to the directory "file sharing"?

hi

i use "file sharing" directory in plesk panel and i access to this directory with my windows computer like an external disk.
=> ok is ok for this


i want to configure an ftp access to this "file sharing" directory but i can't make it with plesk panel.


is it possible?
can you help me?
