Issue How to allow domain admin use ftp client in shell?

CentOS 7.5 + Onyx 17.5

I have allowed domain admin ssh to website space with chrooted shell.

But my client found that he cannot invoke ftp client in this shell.

I have try to copy /bin/ftp to his rooted /bin folder, but he still got error when invoke ftp client;


How can I configure plesk to let domain admin use ftp client in shell?

./update_chroot.sh --add [path | name]
Add program to chrooted environment. All linked libraries will be
copied as well. Program will always be put in /bin directory
of chrooted environment.
