• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I have a windows 2003 server with plesk 7.5.6, webmail and spamassassin installed. In know that in a Linux version of plesk there was a possibility to have spam deleted automaticaly in webmail by applying mailfilters.

Now i can't find a way to have these messages deleted. Is there a way that spam will be deleted (not in a mailclient) on the server ?

First please turn on Plesk - Server - Spam - "Personal settings" flag.
After that check Plesk - Domains - domain.com - Mail - [email protected] - Spam - General - "What to do with spam mail" to Delete value

 Sometimes a solution is that easy that you don't think about it.

Thank you for your help !

The Personal settings option is greyed out. I am running 7.5.6 on Windows 2003, and using SmarterMail 3.0 Ent. for the mail server.
