• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

hope someone can help me:
We plan to use one Windows 2003 webserver with plesk software. For maintanace we will install a backup-server, which should start his job if the first server fails.

Now, how can I configure plesk to automatically backup all data to the backup-server? Is there another possibility to do that?

Thank you.

Arthur

sure there is...

You should check out the SW-Soft>Plesk 7.x for windws>Plesk Backup path in programs menu of your windows 2003.

It configures a scheduled job and notifies if you want when the job is finished or not. Error codes and summaries are generated through this backup feature...

Just verify that the backup location of your plesk files is on the backup-server and you install the same folder structure on that backup server.
