I know how to change to message body of the email sent out when a client is created. But does anyone know how to change the subject too?

Massive respect...

The subject lines are kept in the mysql database:

Database: psa
Table: Notifications

They can be edited there, either manually, or install and use Power Toys (see 3rd party forum).

but thats just the second part of the subject.. whats with the <hostname> at the beginning? where can I remove that out?

Mhmm, i just have to know which files sends these emails out, so that I can remove out the beginning of the subject.. :(
