Question How to change notification after increasing disk space?

Stefan123

New Pleskian
Hey,

I increased the disk space for a customer from 500MB (Service Plan: 500MB Space, 490MB Notification) to 1000MB (+500MB Space Add-On Service Plan), but Customer still gets the following Notification.

Notification: Resource usage by subscription has exceeded the allotments.

The 'xxx' subscription, owned by user 'xxx', is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits:

Speicherplatz: 1000 MB Grenze / 516.7 MB (52%) Verwendet / 483.3 MB (48%) Verbleibend

I could change the limit in the Subscriptions Resources but that would look the subscription, which of course is not desired …
How to adjust Notification Limits when using Add-On Service Plans?

Thank you in advance

Stefan

Maybe Plesk did not recalculate the ressources.

you can try:

Code:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=example.com

Seems like the Ressources were already recalculated - as Notification Mail states: "Disk space: 1000 MB limit / 516.7 MB (52%) used / 483.3 MB (48%) left" - so it recognizes the new Space - but still uses the old Notification Limit of 490MB.

Under Service Plans > (Service Plan XYZ) > Resources, do you have there may be the old limit notification?
