How to Change the Header Back Ground Image?

Hello! I am new to Parallels and I have a question. How can I change the background behind my header image? I uploaded a new image, but everytime I re-publish, I have to goto my ftp and drop in 6 custom graphics I made to match the header. The back ground changes to the default BG after every publish.
