Hello

I like the error docs in Plesk but I would like to have 503 Service Unavailable too.

Any help on doing this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your answer and sorry for my late reply.

When I try add a new file to the error_docs folder I get this error:
Error: Unable to upload service_unavailable.html to /error_docs/service_unavailable.html: filemng failed: cp: cannot create regular file `/var/www/vhosts/xxdomainnamexx.com/error_docs/service_unavailable.html': Permission denied
filemng: Error occured during /bin/cp command.

Please Run Parallels Plesk Panel Reconfigurator and run the Correct disk permissions task and try again. In case it does not help please post output of ls -la of /var/www/vhosts/xxdomainnamexx.com/error_docs/ directory here.

Plesk Panel Reconfigurator?
I am not on localhost, its a rootserver.

Hello Ulrik,

It looks like there is a permission issue here. Please, use utility "vhostmng" to reset permissions. Here is the command:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/vhostmng --install-vhost --vhost-name=<domain name> --user-name=<username> --set-content-permissions

Where <domain name> is domain where to restore permissions and <username> is domain's FTP user that is configured in Parallels Plesk Panel on page

Domains -> <domain name> -> Web Hosting Settings (version 9.x) or Domains -> <domain name> -> Setup (version 8.x).

The command will restore default permissions under virtual host directory. Please, see the following article for more information:

Thank you
