I would like create subdomains for some of my friends but they should have access (FTP and so on) only for the folders of the dedicated subdomain.
Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible. You can create the subdomain from within your subscription. Afterwards, create an additional FTP access by clicking on the "FTP" icon in "Websites & Domains". As a "home" directory of that FTP access account, enter the sub domain's directory (e.g. /mysubdomain.domain.tld). This will jail the FTP user to that very subdirectory. An FTP user account like that will not have access to other settings of the domain, e.g. mail settings.

That's what I did so. But the owner of all dirs and files ist the owner of the main domain.
I need to change the owner of the subdomain.

The subscription is still owned by the subscription owner. You were asking for an additional FTP access. Why do you want the files that additional FTP users create to be associated with another user?

That's because the additional FTP user should be an additional WEB user too.

So we are not talking about an FTP user but an additional system user. In that case it is not possible to achieve both in the same subscription, a web user that is limited to access only a sub directory. A web user is someone equivalent to the subscription user that owns the subscription. The web user can login by SSH vor example (if the SSH permissions are granted) and apply changes to all aspects of the subscription including mail settings, directories etc. For that reason it cannot be limited to a single subdomain access by FTP.

To solve your riddle you need to
1) Remove the subdomain from your subscription.
2) Create a separate subscription where you enter the subdomain only as the main domain.
