How to "custom php.ini for a particular domain"

Please help... How can I setup a custom php.ini for a particular domain?

I tried this one - http://kb.odin.com/en/745 but it's not working, phpinfo is loading servers php.ini. My system Win2k8, IIS 7. I found out how it can be done on Apache but there is no info about IIS.

Ok.... found out the problem - http://kb.odin.com/en/1770
I was using php 5... Custom php.ini is working just fine with php 4

So again question - Will it be possible to do that with php5? What about plesk 8.4 or maybe in next version.... ?
