On Plesk 12.0.18 I have run the pci_compliance_resolver as outlined in Meeting PCI DSS Requirements for the Plesk 12 Suite. On v 12 it doesn't mention protocols though. How should I disable SSLv3 and TLSv1?

I ran this file on the server to solve probable SSL problems. (The file that is mentioned in this address). Now I lost access to control panel. please help me.
