When I create a subdomain (subsite.domain.com) Plesk create also the www.subsite.domain.com).
How to avoid this www. prior to subdomains in server subdomain config?
Now I have a fix with .htaccess, but I woul like to set it in all subdomains from server config.

Do you use the button "add a domain" or "add a subdomain" ?
Because you have to add the root domain first, to be able to add related subdomains. In this case Plesk will not add the www alternative
 
VirtuBox, this is not what I see in Plesk subdomain creation.
I have my domain created (www.mydomain.com) and then I add a new subdomain (subdomain.domain.com) and Plesk creates a subdomain.domain.com.conf where I see the Serveralias www.subdomain.domain.com
Of course I can redirect www.subdomain.domain.com to subdomain.domain.com using .htacces, but it's an innecesary redirect because Plesk should not create a www.subdamian.domain.com ServerAlias, or it could give the option to create it.

okay, I was thinking about www record in DNS template, not to Apache configuration.
But do you have a DNS record for www.subomdain.domain.tld pointed to your server IP ? Because without a DNS record, ServerAlias will not impact anything.
 
My DNS is configured with *.domain.com so I can add subdomains without add new records to DNS. This is not the problem.
The problem appears when I create a subdomain and Plesk adds a ServerAlias with WWW like it does when create a domain, it looks like a bug.

In Tool & Settings / Server Setting you can define in "Preferred domain for websites" whether to use or not to use www as default.
