How to enable InnoDB Tables?

Hi!

I have been searching this forum for the last two days without finding the answer to my question:

I have a PSA (7.5.2-suse9.1.build75050128.10) running with MySQL (4.0.18-32.9). PHPMyAdmin tells me that the MySQL server does not support InnoDB tabes. Can anyone tell me how I can enable InnoDB tables?

Your help is really appreciated.
