How to enable passive mode ?

Method #1

Step 1 – Login into Plesk.

Plesk 11; Under “My Subscriptions”, click on the domain that received the error and then “Change Hosting Settings” tab.

Plesk 9; Click on “Domains” and the domain that received the error. Click on “Web Hosting Settings”.

Step 2 – Change the password.

Ste 3 – Click “OK”.



Method #2

Step 1 – Login into your web server with “Remote Desktop”.

Step 2 – Click “Start”, “Administrative Tools” and “Computer Manager”.

Step 3 – Click “Local Users and Groups”.

Step 4 – Click on “Users”.

Step 5 – Select the user account that received the error. Right click and select “Properties”.

Step 6 – Un-tick “Account Disabled”.

Step 7 – Click “OK”.
