  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to find a certain trial site and convert it to regular

Hello,
I was wondering if there is an easy way to FIND a certain trial site and convert it to regular site, currently my prospects are creating tons of trial sites every day, sometimes happens that a new customer wants his/her trial site converted to regular after purchasing, because he/she has alredy uploaded stuff and created menus on the trial site...

now... if the customer has not the trial site link, and he doesn't even remember the exact date of trial site publishing...

how can I do to FIND his/her trial site? Do I have to spend the whole day looking to the trial site's previews of the last 15 days until I find my client's?

I know there must be a smart way to do it... anyone can help out there?
