• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How to install or configure DKIM for email on plesk server?

Hello,

The DomainKeys policy can be enabled in Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) at the following way:

Home > Mail Server Settings > DomainKeys spam protection

Not DKIM

Domain Keys is not DKIM. Please, please, please, figure out how to include DKIM in your product. I am totally disappointed that I can not use the email server that I pay ever month to have. It is simply unacceptable that a certain percentage of emails that the 500 members of my organization send automatically go to junk mail because Plesk by Parallels has never heard of DKIM. I have spent WEEKS trying to figure this out on my own. It is extremely frustrating because I have not touched Linux before this fiasco with Plesk and I don't care to learn except I know that no one in your organization will ever act on my request. I'm just venting here!! lol.
