How to install Plesk Professional Web Site Editor

New Pleskian
Downloaded Plesk Professional Web Site Editor from within "updater".

After this download... nothing.

Question: How to activate, where to find doc's etc.
 
From my understanding this is being replaced by their web site creator product and is no longer "supported"
 
Plesto states on their website that they do not support, but the product is still available to be used.
It is also listed in plesto to make an easy installation.
Installing worked ok, but now I am looking the trigger to start.
