how to lock an particular subscription?

Hi fellas,

my customer need a different type of subscription configuration,
than when i access and change him account i only have one button "Up date and sync"
wich up date all others clients into same package

how can i lock this subscription to not affect all others that are into a same Plan?

Just create a different serviceplan for this user?
Or modify this user's subscription, so it will get locked for sync.
