How to log all mail messages ?

I need to log all mail messages with the object and the message body, how can I do ?

Hi, I believe this involves recompiling of qmail. Is there any other way around this? Like adding more parameters into the xinetd arguments? TIA.

Not that I can find, this isn't a default option of Qmail. And email doesnt go through syslog so xinetd wont touch it.
