How to migrate email from cPanel to Plesk without root access? I can do the full backup in cPanel. Where and how to restore it to Plesk?

Plesk migrator is not a solution as I don't have root access to the cPanel.

You can use the Plesk mail import tool which comes with the Site Import extension. The Plesk Import tool helps you import/migrate email messages using IMAP.
