How to migrate web site (MySQL) from Plesk 7.5.6 for Windows to Plesk 7.5.4 for Linux

I have a web site hosted on Plesk 7.5.6 for Windows, which runs a MySQL database and PHP4. How can I migrate this site to Plesk for Linux?
 
I need to this aswell. I want to migrate only accounts >> domains >> emails.

so go from windows to linux.

how do i do this.
